Learn to cook the emblematic meals of the Savoy vineyards with the guide: The Diots (local sausage) cooked on vines branches or the Fondue Savoyarde. Savoy is a blessed country for gastronomy. It’s natural environment and its agriculture allow the harvest and production of an incomparable panel of foods of very high quality (fish from lakes and torrents, fruits and vegetables, wild berries, mushrooms, milk and cheeses, meats and cold cuts, pastries ...). Savoy specialties are thus numerous and tasty.
Duration : 1/2 day.
Participants: As from only one person to 8 people. In English.
Choice of menu:
Optional : tasting wine glass, additional crus during as an aperitif and/or during the meal, transportation from accomodation.
